Check out this youtube video, folks. Under the title "The Aurelian Scam", it's three minutes long, totally outrageous, unfair and wonderfully funny. It'll give you an idea about just how brassed off people are about the deal the Board of Directors is trying to foist upon its shareholders.

Then there's this youtube, too. Nine minutes long and more serious, it does a fine job of laying out the case against the deal as seen by retail holders.
