Kinross can, at their sole discretion, lower the level from 66 2/3 to 50.1

% of the outstanding share of Aurelian.

THAT IS WHY THE STACKING OF THE DECK WITH THE 15,000,000 SHARE "GIFT" FROM OUR BOD IS SUCH A CRITICAL POINT OF CONTENTION !!!!
