Would you think that Kinross and ARU BOD and management would sit down and work out the size of the Private Placement Backwards to decide just how many shares the Private Placement would need to be to carry the day !!!!

The answer is ....of course they did....If the thought they needed 20 Million shares then the Private Placement would have been for 20 Million shares....
