Don't expect too much cash, if any, from Kinross....These guys are masters of finance and negotiation and "will throw more shares at us" before they do anything else.

As far as prior purchases.....a lot of different circumstances like gold price, type of gold deposit, locations etc.....all of these need "major assumptions" by the evaluator....I don't think the results you get will be worth the time.

Kinross made the "best offer" they were going to make based on what they could convince "Our Management and BOD" was a good deal. They can go a lot higher...but you will get more Kinross shares.

All IMHO
