I agree with that take. A good research report assumes all negatives come to bare. For example if there is rumours of a 3-6% royalty and probably 70% wft... the report should base it calculations on the extreme case of 6% and 70% (wft) IMO. My personal belief is that the case(s) are without merit but courts these days are so biased towards IGNORANT investors ; )
