for those of you who don't know him, david morgan is an expert on silver, and the publisher of the morgan report.
today he held a "webinar" and someone had e-mailed him asking for his opinion of the kinross bid for aurelian. btw, he had just returned from a 5-day trip to canada and wasn't really at the top of his game. at first he even read the question as "australian" instead of "aurelian" but when he figured it out, this is what he said:
"kinross is buying it cheap, but that's today's market. if i was in kinross' shoes, i would be doing exactly what they're doing. if i was an aurelian holder, i wouldn't be favorable but these things get put to the shareholders anyway so the shareholders are going to make their minds up. my commentary isn't really going to change much."
well, at least he gave an honest answer (that they're buying aru cheap) and didn't just dodge the question or ignore it completely.
