On other risks, Kinross portrays the Aurelian warrant
lawsuit to be a potential $110 million contingent liability. This
warrant-related matter is part of a class action lawsuit that is seeking
13.6 million shares of ARU. To date, we have viewed this lawsuit as
likely to be won by the warrant holders.


Nomad47...you left out the part of the Genuity comment that I find very discouraging....I have highlighted it above!!
