The fairness opinion is not worth the paper it is written on....and the collusion in this deal is so obvious that it makes you wonder if people at the OSC and the SEC are blind?

I would love to be able to talk to Dr. Keith Barron to see where he stands, and if he is where I think he is, then maybe he would consider coming back and running Aurelian.
