Wow!! What a presentation. You hit every nail on the head.

If I must put in a criticism it's the length fo the video. Perhaps you can improve it by putting your conclusion up front - sort of an executive summary (about a minute or so ) - and then tell everybody why in the main video presentation. Nowadays it's not easy to keep everyone's attention for nine full minutes.
