Both of those "fairness opinions" are ridiculous and don't even make good toilet paper!

All they do is cover their butts !!

What I want to see is the back-up calculations ( that probably don't exist) that led up to these "Heavy Weight Financial Gurus" to come to the conclusion that this was such a "Great Deal"

Three pieces of bad toilet paper....I wonder how much that cost the stockholders of ARU ??
