I want to discuss the possibility of other bids.

Our timeline is getting shorter by the day with nothing, not even a whisper of a rumour...well, nothign reaching this board anyways.

I see that we have 18 trading days left, including today, before folks tender their shares. If there is to be another bid, what would be the timing?

I am thinking that a competitive bid would need at least two weeks of time to get the info to shareholders...that brings us back to around August 20. You need some time to get teh word out, etc; so let's say 3 days.

By my estimation I am thinking that if Aug 15 passes with no bid, we will only have the K bid.
