Dear Mr. Stockholder:

"This is Joe Blow of the OSC Investigation section and I am in receipt of your Collusion Complaint against Aurelian and Kinross with regards to the completely inadequate buy-out offer. I am with you, this is an outrageous offer and is not worth the paper it is written on ! We will take all of the ARU management and BOD to the plains of Siberia and leave them there for a period not to exceed 20 years.....and we will force Kinross to pay all shareholders 1 full share of Kinross stock for each share of ARU! To add salt to the wounds of the Aru BOD and Management, they will have to donate all of their ARU stock to the Ecuadorian relief fund for Andean Bears"
