Thanks for the Andy Hoffman suggestion. I've sent a note to him outlining the shareholders' concerns.

Also submitted a complaint to the SEC. I had read recently that the SEC was getting feed up with the lack of policing of the security regulations by the OSC so this looks like another good lead.
