Here is what I wrote this a.m. and emailed to a writer at the Globe:

Dear Mr. Heinzl,

As you are aware Kinross has bid to buy Aurelian resources for what they are advertising as a fair deal.

We retail shareholders are very upset about this entire episode and have contacted the OSC to complain about what we felt were improper actions.

One of my fellow shareholders received this from the OSC:

Aurelian has recently been selected for a full review of its continuous disclosure record by the Ontario
Securities Commission (the ‘‘OSC’’) in accordance with OSC Staff Notice 51-703, Implementation of Reporting
Issuer Continuous Disclosure Review Program, Corporate Finance Branch. Aurelian remains in the process of
responding to the comments raised in the OSC’s letter.

We shareholders believe there is something wrong here and by using your resources at the Globe perhaps you can uncover more.

I hope you can write an article that brings this issue to the fore.
