I did go to the ctq site....yes, the NR says just about what we all have heard from Correa about the mining laws.

Yes, groups of possible investors are going to Ecuador to check out ctq's assets....

Yes, the share price is taking a jump on this news....

Maybe the groups will find out the feelings of the locals about an "open pit mine"....

What impressed me about the CTQ discussion forum was that the last post was dated DEC. 20....that's a pretty active forum!
