has anything ever come of an Ontario Securities investigation?

The OSC's track record is very dismal with a very low prosecution ratio (the SEC is a bit better but still falls in my "dismal" classification)

The real benefit here is the press factor - gets this out in the public forum, maybe some of the press will pick up on it, and the "sweat factor" - The BoD should be worried, even the OSC may hit the ball once in a blue moon.

Bottom line - we are accomplishing something so if you haven't complained to the OSC and TSX yet please do so.
