I actually don't mind the $32 warrants as part of the deal, they could be very valuable in a short time period. However, the .1429 trade-off (7 ARU shares for every warrant) really reduces the upside of the warrant. The warrant itself could be worth a lot but we will always be dividing by 7.
Actually if Kinross would pay the 92 Cents they value the warrants at instead of the warrants I would like the deal a lot better...at least we would be over $ 7.40 a share.....
I'm kind of tired of all this...will go back into the pink room and have tea and crumpets with langosta...while we wait for the next offer from Newmont...
