I'm working right now but saw this and feel compelled to make a comment on it.

It is not about accumulating shares for the major to take over Aurelian. The value of the bid is far more important. If Newmont or Barrick currently hold zero shares of Aurelian (not likely) and one puts a bid out of 15-20-25 whatever then 99% of Aurelian shareholders will tender their shares....done deal. It won't matter if Barrick holds 1% now or 8% now.

If the bid is fair....shares tendered....game over.

This bid is a joke....shares not tendered....game on.
