It would appear unlikely that Should this bid be successful it would gather the 90 % threshold which would force any remaining shareholders to automatically tender their shares. Consequently, there will be minority shareholders. I would like to hear what you guys think of holding this stock under this scenario.

P.S. I've been holding my shares for about a year and have been monitoring this site and the SH site since. This is a Great forum for gathering info.
