New Fully Diluted Shares of Aurelian

With the new private placement of 15 Million Shares I calculated the Fully Diluted shares of ARU to be:

150,135.164 per the Kinross offer( see below) Plus the

15,000,000 private placement to Kinross for a total of

165,135,164

50.1% of the above is about 83 Million shares

I used the 50.1% figure as Kinross has the right to change the offer to that amount

I personally don't think it will come to that as a white knight will show up in August to put in a real offer....
