There are over 610,000,000 shares of Kinross outstanding before there offer...their offer is only 47 million shares ..LESS THAN 10%

I do not think the price will fluctuate very much.. theu usually trade 5 to ten million shares on the NYSE each day and a couple million more on the TSE

Also a lot of people that did not want Kinross stock have already dumped their ARU...25 million shares were traded the first day and million since...over 1 million today

I wouldn't be too concerned about Kinross dilution
