To the Crew of the Aurelian,

After reading everyone's theories on this takeover the last couple of days, I have to side with one of our most loyal and intelligent posters....Buckshot!

Even in his worned down (jet-lagged) state of mind, his logic on this subject is superior to most on this board....to many of the posters here (new and old) we have been dealt a "bad hand"...... (to use Buckshot's poker analogy) but I have started to lean more towards his logic on this deal than most others on this board....though 30 people agreed with him on that post!

We have all wanted a bidding war since we all long ago signed onto the "Aurelian" as Crew members....at some point it had to start, most of us just never saw it happening like this first bid from Kinross!

I'm still not sure if the BOD and Patrick aren't providing us safety from hidden threats that we new nothing about (like stealth plays from unscrupulous majors)...they might have nothing but our and their interests in mind....its will have to play out further for any of us to be sure....but they haven't been that "stupid" before, so I am going to give them the benefit of doubt.

I'm onboard this good ship until it docks...or goes to the bottom!

I still believe...and we "sail on"....

I know most won't agree with this theory, but I have to stand beside Buckshot on this!
