Remember folks none of that will matter a bit as soon as the first counter offer comes in.

I cannot think of one decent reason why multiple seniors wouldn't jump at this....not one. Once they receive the same legal and political assurances that Kinross got why would any of them not bid especially at these prices. Makes no sense.

It is not Patrick Anderson running these companies....these are real experienced business people who likely have done lots of mergers and acquisitions. Newmont already has exploration going on in Ecuador so they're well aware of the political landscape.

Keep the faith....not pumping....just trying to use good old fashioned logic.
