Hawnkoa, you've done a great job of mulling through the fine print of this so called document. It would be a great service to the board if you could accumulate all the posts that discuss the lack of shareholder rights, insider trading, withholding of information etc. just in case we need them down the road. There are so many issues and I'd hate for us to forget any.
