If Barron left because he didn't like the stink that was starting to emanate from the ARU boardroom then I would imagine he'd like to stick to them and vote NO.

Aside from that I'm sure he'd be happy with a higher price as a result - after all not likely he's got some "management fees" we haven't been told about.
