Surley this is illegal? If it isn't, then any company out there can make a "friendly" deal, sell a controlling interest to the acquirer, and leave the shareholders out in the cold. I think a UN observer would call that ballot stuffing, no?

Look around at how many juniors have had their shares hammered flat in the last 12 months. Many of them made a round trip, even though they now have a discovery to their credit. So now what? Do they all cut sweetheart deals, sell a controlling interest to a suitor and give it away for nothing?

Fact: If this thing flies, I'm out of Canadian juniors for good. It's a big world, and it's all connected via the internet. I'll just take my toys to another sandbox, thank you very much.
