I didn't say I like it.....but the deck is stacked against us as most of the funds that own ARU also own Kinross and don't care which one owns FDN......just my personal feeling

But I'm sure that everyone,. including the funds, would be happier with 1/2 a sh. of K for each ARU sh. rather than .317. We are fighting to receive more & the funds would agree with that.
