One Thing For Sure...stock diluted by 15 Million Shares

The 15 Million shares at $ 4.75 per share is a done deal !!

In other words the market cap of ARU will increase by the 15 Million shares times stock price and the next bidder will have to pay on 150 Million Shares instead of the 135 Million shares o/s today... This is a big plus for Kinross in the bidding war.....but

I think their offer is so low that one of the two big boys will trump it....look for more all share offers to come from Barrick and/or Newmont .

Barrick could easily offer 1/4 of a share ( about $11) easily as is would only amount to 37.5 Million shares of Barrick stock...they have about 900 Million outstanding now...
