Now why are our shares dropping...I do not know, but consider that the buyout is share based and at 0.317 K per ARU that values us at something like $6.00 based on what is happening right now in the market. The value of the warrants is a worthless red-herring...you cannot put a value on them as they are worthless until K sp exceeds $35.

Nobody is getting my shares either, unless they give me ca$$$$$h, and the amount has to be much greater than $8.2
