Assemblyman who resisted fifteen hours of meeting or not angry with the texts last minute celebrated the completion of the project. Missing preamble and transition.
Exhausted, hungry and sleepy, the assembly ended the day more than fifteen hours-was installed Friday afternoon and closed at 08:17 yesterday, in which it adopted the texts of the draft new Constitution of the Republic.
