Quedan suspendidas las actividades de todas las concesiones mineras metalicas de mediana y gran escala que no esten incursas en los casos descritos en los articulos 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5 del presente mandato hasta que apruebe un nuevo marco legal que regule la actividad y se redefinan las condiciones de su operation.

Article 8

Hereby are suspended the activities of all metallic mining concessions of medium and large scale that are not involved in the cases described in Articles 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the present mandate until the adoption of a new legal framework that regulates the activity and redefines the conditions of their operation.
