Those numbers are just picked from the sky...I think around $ 275 was used by AEM to buy Cumberland and that was several years ago.

I've seen numbers from $ 150 to $ 450 ...but I just picked a sample...nothing very scientific...

I think there is a study on the ARU website that has some better numbers.....
