Not a problem. I have felt all along that it would take more than the mining law to get things moving again. Seen from the view point of a major preparing to invest billions over years, if not decades, what is the single most important factor here? Political stability and legal continuity across administrations, right? Well, that was damaged when they pulled the mining mandate out of their hat (or some other place) and now the trust needs to be rebuilt. It's not a question of just saying "we're mining friendly" at this point. This is an Missouri situation now. You have to SHOW ME.
