Yep.... Lamb Chops will get the job done, you can count on that. Then everyone will vote yes on it, even though no one will actually read it, and the supreme court can sort out the whole sorry mess over the next five years.

And, if you don't like this Constitution, no problem. Just wait for the next one - #21 in the series. Collect them all!
