This worries me, "negotiations of new contracts".

Doesn't someone mentioned that the WFT only applies to compnay that currently have a contract with the government? Currently only oil companies do, mining companies don't. If ARU, or anyone esle, signs such a "contract", would it not mean the WFT applies?

Any opinion on this?
