My take....

Since April 18 Marla and the Aurelian crew have abided by the law to a t. They were the first to adhere to the mandate by laying off workers and putting a halt to all mining activity. They have done everything possible and then some to appease the Ecuadorian government. I have asked Marla 3-4 times over the past 2 months about the WFT and she has been very consistent with her answers. "It is a law and we assume it is going to apply to us, until we are told different". Again, this is simply Aurelian being the perfect corporate citizen. It is very possible that it doesn't apply to mining but even if it does it will not be onerous. The last time I asked Marla about this she said it looked like impact would be small.
