We currently employ 6 teachers in the area. (including now) When Aurelian first started the local kids only went to school til about the age of 9/10. Boys worked on farms at age 11 and girls 14 would be pregnant. Now, the kids in the village are still going to school at those ages and have a much better future ahead of them.

Most of the locals now have bank accounts, refrigerators, televisions, etc. Standard of living improving.

Aurelian is working on a waste treatment plant and pottable water project for the locals.
