bill clinton IT'S ALL ABOUT THE ECONOMY: while acosta fiddles about women's right for pleasure, u.s.dollar inflation higher, unemployment higher, food prices higher, gas prices higher, oil production and revenues down, mining jobs lost and demonstrations: this is what the population sees and feels-let us philosophize after our bellies are full and our children looked after comrade. revolution's and changing of governments start and end with basic human needs- correa is in a race against the down turning economy, can he finish the constitution and get re-elected before the economy falls too far. maybe the grand plan and the correa/acosta partnership is coming under stress from economic events that are moving more rapidly than they envisioned and the partnership divergence comes from acosta wanting the constitution wrapped up in pride and hope, BUT correa the pragmitist knows you CANNOT EAT pride and hope: but with JOBS PRODUCED FROM FOREIGN INVESTMENT ala AURELIAN you just might get re-elected.
What he said....
Seriously, you just saved me the trouble of coming up with a theory. A lot has been made of the friendship between Correa and Acosta, but as anyone knows who's ever gone into business, or tried to get serious work done with a friend, you run into all sorts of problems you never imagined would come up. It's like the difference between dating a woman and marrying her. Theres a lot of dateable women out there, but very few that you'd actually want to marry.
