My questions and her answers :

1. From a legal perspective, will property rights be respected? Is their legal protection specified in the mining law?

We only saw earlier drafts but yes, property rights were respected.

2. Is there anything new on the WFT tax and how, if at all, it will impact the companies?

No, nothing new. They are still thinking of implementing it and have not specified how.

3. Was the $100/hectare 1 time concession fee changed lower to make things feasible for the smaller companies?

Don't know what final draft will say. We advised the that a lower rate would be more competitive.

4. Is the end of the input over….are we now just wait until the June 27 unveiling? Does that date seem firm?

That date was repeated in Serrano's speech and newspaper coverage yesterday so it is looking good. That is no guarantee though.

5. Chiriboga is speaking at a Latin America Cities Conference tomorrow, will Aurelian have a representative there?

No, we do not have anyone at that conference. We did attend the LatAm Mining Conference that Serrano spoke at yesterday.
