i believe haywood actually will raise their target to somewhere around $10 by the end of the month. i don't think their goal is to get it right. they accomplished what they wanted with that $1.40 estimate to spook retail investors into selling out, and now that their clients have loaded up, they can start pumping once they see the new mining law. since they turned to the dark side, i refer to them as haywood jublome securities.
btw, i don't think we will need to wait until june 27 for that. if chiriboga and serrano are starting their dog and pony shows this week, they must have a good idea of what the final law is going to look like. so the stock may very well pop before the final law becomes public.
