Like everything else down in those parts, things take much, much longer than any rationale person would think. After all they are politicians and until they get turfed out they enjoy the good life and they couldn't care less about the poor slobs without jobs, no food, etc.

So even though we don't like it and we are grasping at any straws, its going to take 180 days or close to it (if we are lucky). Its going to be a loooong hot summer.
