That's impossible to answer,logically it should be very soon but we all know logic doesn't always prevail in Ecuador. A few weeks back the govt. asked for a list of employees and their duties which gave us the impression that they might be sent back soon. I think Otto gave the same opinion. They have to be feeling the heat especially with all the poor economic data coming out recently. I think it will be either when the draft is approved for a vote or when/if the vote passes. This is all speculation however, the companies probably have a much better feel for this but are understandably tightlipped about it.

So if I have to give a specific opinion I'd say somewhere between 2 weeks and 2 months.
