Things are DELAYED, but I anticipate a take-out in September/October.......

I'm curious to know what you base that on. Sept/Oct. puts us smack in the middle of the referendum, which could be a first rate fiasco. If I were a buyer, I'd probably wait until the politics are sorted out, which takes us into 2009.
