explotación de los recursos minerales. Se paga en base
al valor del mineral procesado.

Rangos de pago
-De 1 @ US $ 50 millones/año paga 3%
-Entre US $ 50 –100 millones paga 4%
-Mas de 100 millones paga 5%
** Los pequeños productores mineros y mineros
artesanales no pagan

probably doesn't need translation but just in case:

1 - 50 M $/year - 3%

50-100 M $/year - 4%

> 100 M $/year - 5%

This seems to be the royalty rate on gross revenue, but I can't find a specific reference. It just says, on the value of the processed mineral. I guess in our case it means 999 bars at market value.
