I got a somewhat similar response from him this morning. They are being very cautious as to what they say. Even if they thought this would be wrapped up sooner there is no way they would say that.
One thing I would say though is that Tim is very responsive to our questions.
Also I like the series of articles that came out this morning. Looks like things are moving in the right direction. I am also impressed with Jose Serrano. His communication style is much clearer than the muddled stuff we often get from either Chiriboga or Correa.
1. The work that may be able to continue includes such things as environmental remediation and camp maintenance. I haven’t heard of any company trying to restart their exploration programs, nor has the Ministry indicated this might be possible. 2. I can’t see the new mining law being ready by the 29th, but you never know. In any case, whether it’s ready on May 29th or June 11th isn’t going to have a significant impact on our plans, as it still has to be passed into law before we can rely on it.
