Waiting for ebear to provide us some details.

I'll do the best I can, but it's an awful lot of work.

I'm limited by the the fact that I'm not a lawyer, and have very little knowledge of mining law. Perhaps that sovereignty clause is typical of mining laws? I have no way to know. It seems excessive to me.
