Happy Tail: Turning Point

We found Petey on Petfinder. The only life he'd known was in a kennel…He had lost most of his teeth, his coat was dull, and he had an empty look in his eyes. He was VERY timid at first but has come around little by little. …Last year Petey was part of a puppy mill... but a year later he has a new family, has new clothes and goes on vacation. You just never know how things will turn out.
