The Assemblyman for Pichincha explained that the Assembly means you are 78 working days (excluding the afternoon of Friday). However, he noted that in practice are needed 80 days to deliver text, collect opinions and two debates of about 25 items that are still outstanding.
"Assuming that the Constitution is delivered on July 25, we should finish between 15 and 20 of the same month, because he needed eight days to review and correct," said Paredes.
Unofficially transpired that Acosta would request leave for a few days because of a family affair.
