No it doesn't apply here because of what happened on April 18. While most of the news over the past couple weeks points to a very positive outcome, there is obviously a trust factor here. In this situation share price appreciation will come on facts like an acceptable mining law and seeing the mining workers go back to work.

Also, the fact that the instsitutional portion has not gone down but increased is a another positive sign. They clearly have far more information than us but continue to buy. Nothing is guaranteed but based on probabilities and they point in our favour right now.

Someone also made a comment speculating about insider trader. Unless Anderson and crew like the crowbar hotel, I would be shocked if any selling is going on right now.
