three concession rule? it would put some companies out of business, but aru would keep fdn and the other targets along strike.
no open-pit mining? good bye corriente, but fdn won't be an open pit, so we really don't care.
windfall profit tax or stiff royalties? we have the largest high-grade gold deposit in the country. aru can afford to pay any reasonable amount, but if the royalties are too high, no one else will even do any exploration, much less try to develop a property.
aru has the best gold deposit, so if the other mining companies can make a living under new mining law, aru should do very, very well.
